Challenge

APEX had established a strong reputation, but they lacked a cohesive brand system design that could function as a flexible, usable tool across all organizational touchpoints. Without a unified system in place, the brand was difficult to apply consistently across digital platforms, presentations, and marketing materials. In addition, the APEX team was in need of a modern, user-friendly website to clearly communicate their services, value, and growing capabilities.

Concept

Our approach focused on developing a scalable brand system design that could support APEX’s growth and adapt across any channel. We refined the existing logo with modern, flexible updates and built a comprehensive visual identity system that established consistency, clarity, and ease of use. This system became the foundation for a redesigned website and supporting marketing materials, ensuring the brand could be applied confidently and cohesively across digital and print environments.

Outcome

The result is a cohesive, modern brand identity that supports APEX’s continued growth. The updated logo and flexible brand system create consistency across digital and physical touchpoints, while the new website delivers a clear, approachable user experience. With branded templates, marketing materials, and guidelines in place, APEX now has the tools to present a professional, unified brand across every channel—today and as the business continues to evolve.

After APEX came to us in need of a new, updated website, we realized that in order to achieve the modern look they were looking for, their brand needed a little refresher. We cleaned up their color palette, added an additional font, and refined their logo. To ensure brand accuracy for all future brand materials, both digital and print, we created a brand guideline document that was previously missing from their brand resources.

APEX came to us feeling that their website no longer reflected the hands-on, relationship-driven approach they bring to serving their investor members. Under the leadership of President and CEO Rachael, APEX has built strong connections throughout the region and abroad. They wanted a website that felt forward-thinking, professional, and aligned with the direction they help businesses pursue.

The site needed to do more than inform but it had to attract new opportunities, support existing members, and tell the story of the work happening across the region.

To achieve this, we created a region-focused website that highlights the people, businesses, and communities APEX serves. We introduced members-only pages and searchable directory, making it easier for members to connect within their network. Accessibility was also a focus, and the site was built on a flexible foundation designed to grow alongside the organization.

Today, the passion and commitment APEX brings to regional growth is just as evident online as it is in every interaction with their team.

Additional Brand Assets

In addition to their brand refresh and website, we created a couple branded assets for the APEX team to build upon their brand: a stylish menu card agenda for their annual meeting and celebration as well as a fresh new slide deck template they can use for years to come.
