We’re not big on cold calls or ‘white label’ service. We like to get to know our clients and their industry so we can empathize and create authentic relationships. When we get to know our clients, we push and explore to learn all we can in order to get the best ‘ingredients’ for the project. The quality of the relationship and the trust during this stage is paramount for the success of the concept closer to the finish line.
Design
After we get to know a client and their niche within the industry, it’s time to start with concepts. We frame great design as a result of clear communication and a well crafted idea. We come up with ideas that command attention and draw strong connections rather than adding window dressing to distract and hide problems. We present all designs with ample resources behind our decision as well as examples and mockups that relate to your overall goals. Expect one or two solid ideas, not a sheet of 20 logos fighting for the ‘best of’ album.
Engage
Once we agree on a concept direction, we dive into the production of all of your brand elements so you can fill up your toolbox. Whether it’s letterhead, a 40ft sign, or a new website, we create everything for you based on the brand language and provide guidance and recommendations along the way. We see this as the last mile of the race, where everything we talked about comes to life and your community can start to share the vision too. We keep this stage very organized so your team and our team clearly understand the expectations and cross the finish line smoothly.
Collaborate
If you’ve looked at our work, you’ll notice that many of our clients have had not one or two, but many projects completed with us. The best partnerships we’ve built started with one project and continue forward throughout multiple phases or seasons. This is a result of our mission, ‘Thoughful design with your story in mind.’ When we work with anyone, from a $500 project to a $25,000 project, we are thinking of YOU and your team the entire time. This proactive approach allows us to get to know your team and your organization so we can work more efficiently with you as time goes on.
